Irving E. Dunn z’l was born in 1925 at the height of the great depression. The youngest of 8 children, Irving was forced to work at a young age to help provide for his family. During world war II, he joined the US Navy. Following the war, Irving utilized the GI bill as a means to pay for his education. He went on to attend the University of Miami school of law and was later admitted to the Florida Bar. Irving’s up bringing had a profound effect on his professional life. Irving was committed to helping working class clients who otherwise would remain voiceless. Irving would go on to inspire both his son Steven and grandson Kevin to follow in his footsteps. Today, the firm tries to honor his legacy with the work it does.
